In this position, you will: Lead a team of 46 packaging employees and set the tone for daily operations Assign and coordinate tasks to keep production running smoothly and efficiently Troubleshoot filling and labeling equipment to minimize downtime Communicate and enforce detailed procedures in a regulated environment Train new employees and help build a strong, reliable team What's In It For Me?
