Project Manager

IntePros is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team implementing EU MDR requirements from a manufacturing perspective at our Arlington manufacturing site. This role will drive project planning and execution, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute the overall project management plan
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and project activities
- Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and stakeholder communication
- Track progress and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions based on factual analysis
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EU MDR or other medical device regulations
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience working with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
- PMP or other project management certification
