Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
Stay updated with new products and complete assigned tasks
Adhere to safety regulations and dress code
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Cheerful and positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others
Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Flexible schedule and physically capable
Ability to perform job duties
Performs well in a fast paced environment
Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout a shift
