WORK SMARTER. CLOSE MORE. KEEP MORE.
You may be earning 150, 175, or even 200 BPS. But how much are you actually keeping?
Your compensation plan is only part of your economics. Technology. Marketing. Leads. Administrative support. Assistants. Processing resources. Systems. Tools. Other expenses required to produce your business. Those costs can take a significant bite out of what looks like a great compensation plan.
At LoanWorks, we think experienced Loan Officers should look at the whole equation: What do you produce? What do you earn? What does it cost you to produce it? How much do you actually keep?
And what could you produce if you had more capacity? That’s the conversation we want to have.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who already know how to create and close business. You should be:
- An actively licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
- Experienced in residential mortgage origination
- Currently originating loans
- Generating business through your own borrowers, Realtors, builders, financial professionals, or other referral relationships
- Capable of producing more business, but constrained by time, administrative work, follow-up, operational demands, overhead, or the limits of your current platform
You don’t need LoanWorks to teach you how to be a Loan Officer. You need a company designed to help you get more from the business you already know how to build.
If that sounds like you, we should explore whether LoanWorks could be a better fit.
WHO IS LOANWORKS?
LoanWorks is an AI-powered mortgage broker built for the Loan Officer of the future.
We became the first mortgage broker to fully integrate AngelAi into our core operating platform, moving AI beyond a stand-alone tool and into the day-to-day work of mortgage origination. That matters because successful Loan Officers shouldn’t have to spend so much of their time doing work that technology can help handle.
LoanWorks combines experienced mortgage professionals with AI, automation, mortgage intelligence, and integrated workflow capabilities designed to reduce friction throughout the business. Many Loan Officers currently purchase these types of capabilities separately, manage them across multiple systems, perform the work themselves, or pay someone else to handle it.
At LoanWorks, those capabilities are brought together as part of a fundamentally different way to operate a mortgage business. We’ll get into the specifics during the discovery process.
The important point: LoanWorks is designed to give you more productive capacity while reducing the time, complexity, and potentially some of the costs surrounding production.
WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY?
You’ll do what successful Loan Officers already do best:
- Originate residential mortgage loans
- Build and grow relationships with borrowers and referral partners
- Develop business through Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other referral sources
- Advise customers and help them navigate their financing options
- Build and manage your pipeline
- Create new opportunities
- Stay connected with borrowers and referral partners
- Close business
The difference is what happens around you. LoanWorks technology is designed to help with the research, information, communication, workflow, loan process, follow-up, and administrative demands that consume an originator’s day.
The goal isn’t to replace what you do. It’s to give you more time to do it. More time with borrowers. More time with Realtors and referral partners. More time creating opportunities. More time producing.
WHAT ABOUT COMPENSATION?
LoanWorks pays 110 BPS on eligible personal production, with no production tiers and uncapped personal-production compensation. Additional earning opportunities may also be available through qualifying internal referrals and the LoanWorks Recruiting Override program.
We know what an experienced LO may be thinking: “I make more BPS where I am now.” Maybe you do. But the number on your compensation plan doesn’t necessarily tell you what your business is actually producing for you.
A more meaningful calculation is: Gross production compensation – What it costs you to produce that business = What you actually keep
If you earn 175 BPS but absorb significant expenses to generate and support that production, your effective economics may look very different from your headline compensation. That’s why we don’t think the right comparison is simply 175 BPS versus 110 BPS. The better comparison is your current business versus what that same business could look like at LoanWorks.
And cost is only part of the equation.
There’s also capacity. What could you produce if you recovered some of the time currently consumed by everything surrounding origination? That’s what we want to discover with you.
LET’S RUN THE NUMBERS
We’re not going to tell you that LoanWorks is automatically a better economic opportunity. We want to find out whether it is. For qualified applicants, we’ll look together at the economics of your current business, including:
- Your current production
- Your current compensation
- The costs you carry to produce and support that business
- Where your time goes
- Where your workflow creates friction
- What currently limits your capacity
- What the LoanWorks platform provides
- What greater capacity could mean for your production and profitability
Then we can compare the two models using your business and your numbers. The objective is to understand whether LoanWorks could help you produce more, reduce unnecessary costs, keep more of what you earn, reclaim more of your time—or some combination of all four.
No generic earnings promise. No assumption that LoanWorks is right for every Loan Officer. Just an informed business conversation.
APPLYING STARTS THE DISCOVERY PROCESS
Submitting an application does not mean you’ve decided to leave your current company. And it doesn’t mean we’re rushing you into a new job.
Think of the application as the beginning of a mutual discovery process. You tell us about your experience and the business you’ve built. We determine whether there appears to be a potential fit.
If there is mutual interest, we’ll show you how LoanWorks works, explore the economics of your current business, identify where greater capacity may create opportunity, and run the numbers together. Then we both decide whether it makes sense to continue.
Applying simply says you’re interested enough to explore the opportunity—and so are we.
READY TO SEE WHAT YOUR BUSINESS COULD LOOK LIKE?
If you’re licensed, experienced, actively producing your own business, and know you could do more with greater capacity, we’d like to learn more about you. Complete the application. It only takes a few minutes. If there’s mutual interest, we’ll start the discovery process and run the numbers together.
Your business. Your numbers. Your opportunity. See what’s possible with LoanWorks.
