Senior Employment Counsel - In-House HR & Policy

iHeartMedia in San Antonio, TX seeks a Senior Employment Counsel to advise HR, business leaders and executives on a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, leave laws and covenants. You’ll shape policies, lead responses to claims and work with outside counsel on litigation. You’ll draft contracts, interpret policy, and help develop internal processes to address current and emerging employment law issues.
