Job DescriptionNOW HIRING – BILINGUAL RECRUITING / SERVICE COORDINATORGL Staffing is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter & Service Coordinator to join our team in Lake WorthResponsibilities include:
- Recruiting and calling temporary employees for available assignments
- Processing new applicants and assisting with onboarding
- Communicating with employees regarding job assignments, schedules, and availability
- Providing excellent customer service to our temporary workforce
- Assisting with daily staffing and office needsRequirements: ? Bilingual in Spanish & English ? Excellent communication and customer service skills ? Comfortable making phone calls and working with people ? Organized, dependable, and able to multitask ? Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience is a plusSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
