Schedule:
Work 4 days on, 4 days off Raise schedule: Go to $18.00 an hour once hired on full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and manage furnace materials efficiently
- Operate all furnace equipment safely and effectively
- Document key production data and communicate with your supervisor
- Monitor material levels and coordinate with team members
- Report production information promptly to prevent issues
- Follow all safety procedures and requirements
- Maintain consistent production levels and product quality
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and multitask efficiently
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Team player with good communication abilities
- Dress code: Long pants, long sleeve shirt and steel toes (PPE provided)
