Dispensary Sales Floor Manager-Newburgh

Job TitleLead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Open and close the dispensary following company procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of management. Coach and develop dispensary associates through real-time feedback. Drive sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and upselling. Assist with daily cash handling and register reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all company policies and New York cannabis regulations. Assist with inventory counts, product restocking, and merchandising. Monitor store appearance and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Communicate operational updates and sales goals to the team. Assist management with achieving daily sales and performance metrics.
