Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams on infrastructure, financing, construction, and operational initiatives; overseeing power-sector regulatory compliance and responses to proposed rules; and developing strategies to mitigate risks to power availability and business continuity. The position also manages external legal counsel and specialized advisors. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with 15 or more years of legal experience and substantial experience in energy procurement, data centers, infrastructure, and complex commercial transactions.
