Process buyouts and coordinate with Purchasing and other locations to meet customer needs.
Recommend related products and additional items that can save the customer time and help complete the repair.
Look for opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional products without sacrificing customer service.
Follow up on open quotes, backorders, special orders, and customer requests.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, availability, delivery expectations, and changes.
Work closely with Outside Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:

Heavy-duty truck, automotive aftermarket, fleet, equipment, or related parts experience preferred.
Strong parts identification and lookup skills.
