Remote Regional Director, Hospice Operations — Central Zone

AccentCare is seeking a Regional Director of Business Operations - Hospice to lead operations across Central region including CO, IL, IN, TN, MI, MN, MO and WI. This remote, full-time role requires 25-50% travel and live within the territory. You will oversee site-level training, monitor KPIs, collaborate with RVPO and ED, drive process improvements and ensure compliance with AccentCare policies while supporting a compassionate, patient-centered care network.
