Chief Philanthropy & Donations Lead (Hybrid)

Judi’s House and JAG Institute in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a Director of Philanthropy to lead all fundraising and philanthropic engagement. You will work with the CEO, Board, and committees to build a comprehensive strategy that sustains growth, oversees major gifts, annual giving, corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, and fundraising events. You will manage a development team, set revenue goals, monitor performance, and represent the organization at donor events.
