Industrial Development Manager: Feasibility to Permitting

Bullpen, a growing commercial real estate owner and developer, seeks a Senior Development Manager in Houston to lead industrial development from feasibility through handoff to construction. Reporting to the President, you will manage entitlements, permitting, civil site work and coordination with internal teams and outside consultants, while traveling to project sites as needed across multiple states.
