Entry-Level Event Assistant

About the Role: Manhattan Promotions is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting event activities, and developing skills in marketing, promotions, and event coordination. As an Event Assistant, you'll help bring promotional campaigns to life, support event operations, engage with customers, and represent established brands. You'll work alongside an experienced team while gaining practical experience and developing the communication, organizational, and leadership skills needed to grow professionally. No previous experience is required. We provide training and mentorship for motivated candidates who are ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns. Support event setup, coordination, and on-site activities. Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner. Interact with attendees and customers to create positive experiences. Help communicate promotional information and increase brand awareness. Coordinate with team members to ensure events run smoothly. Support event logistics, materials, and day-to-day campaign activities. Gather customer feedback and share observations with management. Help track event performance and work toward campaign objectives. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities.

Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and reliable team-player mindset.
