Sales Specialist

What you’ll do: Work with customers in person, by phone, text, and online Build relationships and follow up consistently with leads and prospects Learn our RV inventory and confidently present features, benefits, and pricing Conduct RV walk-throughs and product demonstrations Work with customers to find the RV that best fits their needs and budget Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions Deliver a professional customer experience from first contact through delivery Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What we’re looking for: Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable asking for the sale and following up with customers Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to learn RV products and financing concepts Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work weekends and a dealership schedule Why United RV?
