Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver polished, attentive, and friendly dining service to guests in assigned stations.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations.
- Accurately input food and drink orders into the POS system.
- Deliver courses promptly, anticipate guest needs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
What We Look For:
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in full-service restaurants or customer-facing hospitality is preferred (we provide thorough training for motivated candidates).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Flexibility to work peak dining shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
