What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership role
- Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environmentASE certification is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, MVR)
