Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center's clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves both direct patient interaction and essential back-office responsibilities to ensure smooth surgical operations.

Key Responsibilities: Follow up on pre-operative orders to ensure all required tests, clearances, and documentation are completed prior to proceduresConduct post-operative follow-up calls to assess patient recovery, address concerns, and communicate updates to providersClean, sterilize, and pack surgical instruments and supplies in accordance with infection control standardsMaintain inventory and order surgical and medical supplies as neededAssist with patient preparation and documentation as directed by clinical staffEnsure compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Qualifications: Current and active LVN licensePrevious experience in a surgical or outpatient setting preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Work Environment: This position is based in a clinical setting with a combination of patient-facing duties and administrative support tasks.
