A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Security Support Analyst to support critical data security initiatives tied to access governance and audit remediation. This role will focus on evaluating and correcting access to unstructured data environments while ensuring proper controls and ownership are in place. This position plays a key role in strengthening data protection practices by partnering with stakeholders, enforcing access policies, and supporting enterprise applications to ensure stability and compliance. What You'll TackleAssess and remediate user access to folders, directories, and unstructured data sources Validate access controls, ownership, and approval workflows Partner with business users to review and confirm appropriate access levels Utilize data security tools to monitor and enforce governance standards Troubleshoot application issues and manage incidents impacting business continuity Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks Support audit remediation efforts and ensure compliance requirements are met What You Bring Experience with data security and access governance tools (e.g., Varonis, Entra ID, Purview) Strong understanding of access control models and entitlement management Background in application support, incident management, or production support Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
