Deeply AI forward in their developer workflows. Seniority 3 - 10 years of experience post- grad software engineering with deep adoption of agentic AI workflows. Work experience Experience at top- tier technology companies including smaller companies that have been successful or are solving really hard problems as well as larger companies with strong engineering orgs. Experience in platform engineering. Hard skills Experience designing and operating data- intensive production systems, ideally Python- based. Soft skills Comfortable taking risks and being wrong. Strong opinions with demonstrated ability to push back and challenge decisions.
