Manufacturing Associate

What You'll Do: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production operations by: Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment Loading and unloading materials and finished parts Performing visual quality inspections Following work instructions and production schedules Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Reporting equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor Working with your team to meet daily production goals What We Offer$1.10/hourshift premium for second shift $1.65/hourovertime shift premium Full-time Monday-Friday scheduleFirst Shift: 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Physical Requirements: Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds Good hand coordination and manual dexterity Ability to identify colors accurately Vision correctable to 20/20 with good depth perception Ability to safely work at heights up to 35 feet when necessary
