HR Recruiter Manager[Napervill, IL] | Full-Time Growing trucking company looking for an HR Recruiter Manager to lead driver hiring and keep our trucks staffed.
Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle driver recruiting — sourcing, screening, hiring
- Post and manage job ads across platforms and job boards
- Verify CDLs, MVRs, PSP reports, and employment history
- Coordinate pre-employment drug testing and orientation
- Maintain hiring pipeline and driver retention efforts
- Handle onboarding paperwork and HR records
Requirements:- 2+ years in driver recruiting or trucking HR — required
- Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements and DQ file basics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with [Tenstreet or similar ATS] a plus
