Aviation Recruiter

What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including resume review, applicant screening, phone interviews, and referral recommendations Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, candidates, and external recruiting partners Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines to support current and future pilot hiring needs Source active and passive candidates through networking, social media, internet research, events, and other creative recruiting channels Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms Analyze recruiting trends, market conditions, and hiring data while recommending solutions that improve recruiting effectiveness Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, trade shows, and community recruiting initiatives

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate environment Experience recruiting professional-level talent and managing consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders Strong sourcing experience with the ability to build pipelines of both active and passive candidates Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, recruiting metrics, and reporting tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles across different audiences Proactive, solutions-focused recruiter who enjoys process improvement, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience About Dawson Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio.
