Overview:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Exterior Metal Stud Framers for projects in or around West Jefferson, NC. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Metal Stud Framer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Layout materials
- Measuring materials
- Cutting materials
- Installing metal stud framingattaching plywood to studs
- Working from heights
- Operating a Cherry Picker Boom LiftUse a Hilti 22 caliber pen gun powder actuated tool to fasten materials to steel
Requirements:
- Certified/Trained in Aerial Lift and Cherry Picker operation
- Fall Protection training certification
- Hilti 22 caliber pen gun Powder Actuated Tool operator training
- Comfortable working at heights of 36ft and able to lift/maneuver heavy materials up to 50 lbs
- Proven track record in industrial exterior metal stud framing preferably in commercial or industrial settings
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for layout and rebuild specifications
