Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Base Salary

About the Opportunity:
A well-established and growing commercial landscaping company is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee field operations within its Maintenance Division. This individual will manage approximately $2 million in commercial landscape maintenance contracts while leading 4 field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a landscape maintenance leader looking to take ownership of a large portfolio, develop field teams, and play a key role in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise multiple landscape maintenance crews across South Florida properties.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly crew schedules.
Ensure projects are completed within budgeted labor hours.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs.
Serve as the liaison between field crews and Account Managers.
Resolve client concerns and support customer retention efforts.
Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with enhancement opportunities and operational planning.
Coordinate material procurement and equipment needs with internal teams.
Monitor quality control across assigned properties.
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance leadership experience.
Experience managing multiple crews and field personnel.
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and horticulture.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole strongly preferred.
MOT Certification a plus.
Equipment operation experience preferred.
