Account Manager & AV Solutions LeadAt Peak Technologies, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions for both virtual and live events. From high-impact marketing activations to large-scale conferences, we bring expertise, creativity, and technical precision to every project. Our mission is to craft exceptional event experiences that connect, engage, and inspire. Turn big ideas into technically achievable, financially sound live experiences. Peak Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Manager & AV Solutions Lead who can serve as a technical consultant and trusted advisor to clients, helping translate creative concepts, event objectives, and budgets into smart, achievable AV solutions. This is more than an estimating or account management role. You'll work directly with clients to understand their vision, assess technical requirements, recommend the right AV approach, develop accurate budgets, and guide the solution from initial concept through show day and final reconciliation. You'll bring together technical expertise, production knowledge, financial discipline, and client consulting skills to determine what will work best—and explain why. If you enjoy solving complex production challenges, designing practical AV solutions, building technically accurate estimates, and helping clients understand the best way to bring their vision to life, this could be a great fit. What You'll OwnTechnical Client Consulting: Act as a technical advisor to clients, understanding their event objectives and recommending AV solutions that balance experience, functionality, budget, and production requirements. AV Solution Development: Translate client concepts and creative ideas into practical technical solutions for general sessions, breakouts, trade shows, corporate events, and large-scale live productions. Technical Scoping: Determine equipment, labor, staging, production, logistics, vendor, and venue requirements needed to successfully execute the proposed solution. Estimating & Pricing: Build detailed, accurate estimates that reflect the technical scope, equipment requirements, labor, logistics, vendors, and production services. Financial Performance: Own project budgets, forecasting, margins, change orders, and final reconciliation while ensuring the proposed solution remains commercially viable. Technical Documentation: Review and work with technical drawings, production documentation, equipment specifications, and other materials needed to develop and communicate the production plan. Client Presentations: Clearly explain technical recommendations, options, costs, and tradeoffs to clients and help them make informed production decisions. Production Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, operations, vendors, venues, and other partners to validate solutions and ensure the technical plan can be successfully executed. Creative Problem-Solving: Identify smarter or more effective ways to achieve the client's vision while balancing technical feasibility, attendee experience, budget, and profitability. Business Development: Support proposals, bids, presentations, and client conversations while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional production solutions.
