Job Description: Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Multiple machine operation and responsibilityMust thoroughly understand processes and independently anticipate decisions that affect product qualityAbility to communicate effectively as well as possess basic leadership skillsAbility to accurately record dataKnowledge of plant processing. Complete understanding of operations/data recording of 2 or more of the following areas, LDY (raw), cutting system/screw presses, drum controls, milling, coolers and railcar loadingAbility to communicate well with crew members and shift supervisorMake recommendations to improve processes and equipment operationsBe a resource to train new employees on equipment and proceduresSpecific Knowledge/Skills: Ability to operate forklift and other heavy machineryAbility to lift 50 lbs.#hc194071
