Required experience:
Sales: 1 year
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Talking over the phone - presenting and selling
- Customer Service
- Saving deals and aiding in client retention
- Required Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities –Must be positive and enthusiastic about being part of a team
- Must be passionate about taking care of the needs of others
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Typing 30+ wpm
- Computer skills - Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Professional and persuasive phone etiquette
- Career minded vision
- Follow through with each client – phone calls, emails, etc.
- Exceed current and prospective client expectations
- Multi-tasking skills
- Building relationships with clients
Qualifications:
Some college or college degree, preferred 1+ years of experience in Sales & the Health Insurance industry Some weekends may be required
Salary: Base salary plus commission
