I’m currently hiring for agrowing commercial drywall contractor in Connecticutlooking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strongcommercial drywall backgroundwho is comfortable managing multiple projects and working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, field teams, and clients.
The Role:
5–10+ years of experience incommercial drywall project management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with project values up to$15M
Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion
Coordinate closely with PMs, Project Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Maintain strong client and contractor relationships
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Ideal Candidate:
Strong commercial drywall / interior construction experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management
