Responsibilities:- Speak with potential customers about saving money through solar
- Collect information and schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Nova Solar Representative and see a customized solar proposal
- Follow up with appointments to ensure meetings take place
- Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust
Qualifications:- Excellent verbal communication
- Hard worker
- Ability to communicate and connect with customers
- Excellent customer experience
- Work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Honest and strong moral compass
Compensation:- Lead Setter: $15 per hour plus bonus for each completed appointment plus bonus for each customer who agrees to go solar!
- Average rep makes $50K -$65K per year. Above average reps make over $85K per year
