About the Role:
Judah North LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated ERSEA Clerk to join our team in Chicago, IL. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in supporting eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA) operations that make a real difference in the community. Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment and enrollment of eligible participants in accordance with ERSEA policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records, files, and documentation
- Process and verify eligibility documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements
- Track and monitor attendance records, reporting any concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
- Communicate with families and community members to provide information about program availability and enrollment
- Support data entry and reporting functions using program management systems
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or social services role preferred
- Familiarity with ERSEA guidelines, Head Start, or early childhood programs is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse families and staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
