Title: Post Award Grant Coordinator
Facility: BayCare System Office (Hybrid)
Responsibilities Include:- Serves as a subject matter expert and coordinates and oversees all aspects of post-award grants management for the entire health system.
- Leads project teams across BayCare through the award, performance and closeout stages of the sponsored program lifecycle.
- Provides expert guidance relating to post award grant administration.
- Provides monitoring and training as needed to ensure compliance with internal policy and procedure, and local, state and federal mandates.
- Ensures adherence to grant conditions and terms.
- Acts as a liaison among BayCare internal departments, sponsoring agencies, PI's and project teams to ensure reporting and audits are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Have extensive knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance and knowledge of government and non-government grant programs
