You will lead growth performance across paid advertising, organic search, email, social media, and partner channels. You will transform marketing data into actionable insights and guide investment decisions to maximize customer acquisition and ROI. This remote role combines analytical thinking, campaign strategy, and hands-on execution in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own performance measurement and reporting, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing dashboards. Manage budget allocation, SEO strategy, email marketing, and B2B partner marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, design, engineering, and leadership teams.
