Strategic Growth Manager Commercial Construction

Talbert Rodd is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand commercial market opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You will drive net-new projects in the commercial, multi-family, and hospitality sectors with a base salary of $80k–$110k plus commission. Responsibilities include securing $1M–$15M+ projects, guiding bids with estimators, and building a strong network of developers and owners' reps. Travel up to 20% within a 3-hour radius; a valid license is required.
