Remote Real Estate Tax Associate: Transactions & Structuring

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a skilled Tax Associate with transactional real estate experience to join our tax practice in a hybrid or remote capacity. You will advise clients on tax-efficient structuring and perform tax analysis for real estate transactions across the lifecycle of deals. The ideal candidate is a JD with 5+ years of transactional tax experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment.
