Abrazo West Campus Hospital is seeking a dedicated hospital pharmacist to join our patient-centered team. You will review orders, monitor therapy, supervise dispensing activities, and contribute to rounds with the multidisciplinary staff. In this role you will provide drug information, support transitions of care, and help optimize therapy with protocol-driven care under facility policies. A pharmacist license and hospital experience are preferred; PGY1 residency is a plus.
