As a Housekeeper at Nexus of Alton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facilities, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, residents, and staff.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing duties such as cleaning patient rooms, common areas, and equipment
- Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies as needed
- Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Perform special cleaning projects as assigned
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience; previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is desired (n/a)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with infection control principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
