Food Services Liaison at Avita Ontario Hospital Avita Health System is proud to serve the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. We're currently seeking a dedicated Food Services Liaison to join our Food & Nutritional Services Department at our Ontario location.
Position Overview:
The Food Services Liaison is responsible for the accuracy and quality of all patient meals being served. Must be able to use electronic medical records system for all diet information and consult with the Clinical Dietician regarding nutritional and diet prescriptions.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. Certified in ServeSafe or have the Ohio Department of Health's Certification in Food Protection or obtained within three months of hire.
Preferred:- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience working in Customer Service.
- Experience working in food service environment.
