Forensic Mental Health Navigator

SpringPath Mental Health Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Forensic Mental Health Practitioner to support competency restoration and recovery goals. You will educate and coordinate with individuals, create treatment plans, and connect with courts to aid transition back to treatment and community living. Responsibilities include record-keeping, individual/group counseling, crisis management, and collaboration with health professionals to meet program goals and ensure safety.
