This includes the assembly of underwriting submissions, follow-through of marketing activity, carrier negotiations and overall project management. Supporting certificates, endorsements, audits, claims follow-up and other day-to-day client service requests. Preparing drafts of client communications, proposals and executive summaries. Learning how to audit policies and identify key terms, coverages, and exclusions, with an emphasis in real estate and development. Using our systems and technology to improve how information is managed and work is completed. You’re probably a strong fit if you Are highly organized and naturally keep track of details. Write clearly and communicate professionally. Follow through without needing reminders. Are comfortable asking questions when something does not make sense. Are open and eager to learn new systems and technology quickly. Can manage multiple open items at once, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion. Have experience in insurance, commercial real estate, financial services, legal services, or another detail-heavy client environment (helpful, but not required).Hold an insurance license or are willing to complete the licensing required for the position. Insurance knowledge will come with time and training. The habits that matter from the beginning are accuracy, follow-through, curiosity and a real interest in understanding how the pieces fit together. What working at Ivy Risk is like Because Ivy Risk is small, you will see the full process and learn directly from Lisa Holt, the company’s founder. You will also have real responsibility as you grow. A missed follow-up does not disappear into another department, and a smart improvement can be implemented quickly. You will be exposed to complex commercial accounts, client conversations, and the decisions behind how an insurance program is built. This is a hybrid role based in South Florida. Compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and the level of responsibility you are ready to assume.
