Global HR Tech & People Operations Leader

Coherent Corp. in the United States is seeking a Vice President of HR Technology & People Operations to lead global HR strategy and optimize HR systems. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and oversees global HR shared services and all HR technology. The successful candidate will build the HR Global Shared Service Centers, drive AI-enabled HR technology, data analytics and workforce planning, and ensure scalable processes worldwide.
