Bilingual Program Director

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team, including Social Service Supervisors, Housing Coordinators, and Case ManagersIntegrate services across employment, childcare, and recreation to support comprehensive client outcomesCoach, train, and develop staff to drive high performance and continuous growthChampion and implement Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) Monitor program performance, ensuring progress toward permanent housing, employment, and family stability goalsEnsure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with program standards and systems (e.g., CARES) Build and maintain strong partnerships with community providers and stakeholders to expand support servicesOversee program operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment for residents and staffWHO YOU WILL BEYou will hold an MPH, MSW, or MA in Health or Social ServicesYou will bring at least five (5) years of experience in human services, including three (3) years in a supervisory role with responsibility for staff and budget managementYou will demonstrate familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) You will exhibit strong professional judgment, boundary-setting skills, and cultural awarenessYou will have experience with CARES (preferred) and general comfort with workplace technologyYou will be flexible and available to be on call as needed (24/7 support) You will have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
