Product Manager - Industrial Solutions

The Opportunity: Picarro is looking for a product-minded builder to join our Industrial Solutions team as a Product Manager. You will define what gets built, why it matters, and how it works. You will own outcomes, not just a backlog. You will own features end-to-end and shape the roadmap within Picarro’s fastest-growing verticals: continuous fenceline monitoring for chemical manufacturing compliance and industrial workplace monitoring for occupational safety. Both are grounded in the Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) measurement science that makes Picarro instruments the gold standard in precision gas analysis. You will work across the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirements, prototyping, launch, and iteration. The products you ship will directly help companies meet complex environmental and safety obligations. That is the mission.

Responsibilities: Product Strategy & RoadmapSet priorities and shape the Industrial Solutions roadmap, balancing near‑term customer needs and compliance deadlines with longer‑term platform investments. Own features end‑to‑end, from concept to launch to continuous improvement, and be accountable for the results. Prototyping & RequirementsTranslate customer insights and market needs into crisp, actionable requirements: MRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
