About Super Service:
Super Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Aliso Viejo, CA who wants advanced diagnostic work, strong vehicle volume, and production-based earning potential. The shop services 100+ vehicles per week and provides a structured environment with advanced diagnostic, ADAS, and alignment equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain quality workmanship in a high-volume environment
- Maintain 100%+ production output
- Support an efficient, production-focused shop workflow
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working at an A-Level Automotive Technician skill level
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to maintain consistent production
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume automotive repair environment
- Own professional automotive toolsASE Certifications preferred
- High-volume shop experience preferred
