Retail HVAC Lead Generator Binsky Home Service is looking for outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to represent our company and Lennox heating and cooling products inside select BJ's Wholesale Club locations. The Retail HVAC Lead Generator is responsible for engaging BJ's members, starting conversations about their home heating and cooling needs, and identifying homeowners who may be interested in replacing or upgrading their HVAC equipment. This is not an in-store HVAC sales position. Your job is to create interest, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for one of Binsky Home Service's professional HVAC Comfort Advisors to visit the homeowner, evaluate their existing system, discuss replacement options, and provide an estimate. If you enjoy talking to people, have a positive personality, and are comfortable approaching customers, this can be a great opportunity to earn additional income while representing two well-known brands.
What You'll Do:
Represent Binsky Home Service and Lennox professionally inside assigned BJ's Wholesale Club locations.
Proactively engage BJ's members in friendly, natural conversations.
Ask simple qualifying questions about the homeowner's current heating and air-conditioning system.
Identify homeowners who may have older equipment, comfort problems, high energy bills, frequent repairs, or an interest in upgrading their HVAC system.
Explain the benefits of scheduling a complimentary in-home HVAC replacement consultation.
Generate qualified HVAC replacement leads.
Schedule appointments for Binsky Home Service HVAC Comfort Advisors.
Accurately collect customer contact information and appointment details.
Maintain the retail display and lead-generation area in a clean and professional manner.
Meet individual goals for customer conversations, qualified leads, and appointments.
Communicate regularly with Binsky Home Service management regarding activity and results.
Follow all BJ's Wholesale Club, Lennox, and Binsky Home Service policies and professional standards.
What This Position Is Not:
You are not expected to be an HVAC technician or Comfort Advisor. You will not diagnose HVAC systems, quote replacement prices, design systems, or close HVAC replacement sales. Start the conversation -> Identify the opportunity -> Generate the lead -> Schedule the appointment. Our HVAC Comfort Advisors handle the rest.
Who We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
Professional and approachable.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Comfortable standing and interacting with customers for extended periods.
Able to communicate clearly and confidently.
Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
Dependable and punctual.
Comfortable working independently in a retail environment.
Able to represent Binsky Home Service, Lennox, and BJ's Wholesale Club professionally.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, appointment setting, lead generation, promotions, sales, or home services is helpful but not required.
HVAC experience is not required. We will provide training.
