Wire Processing Specialist / Wire Investigations - [Miami, FL]
Pay: $30-$33/hour
Type: Contract - minimum 1 year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
No weekends
Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in a bank wire transfer department
- Wire processing AND wire investigations experience - MUST HAVEFedwire and/or SWIFT experience
- FedLink experience highly preferred, not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish - required
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Travel Rule regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Main focus: Processing domestic and international wire transfers, monitoring Fedwire/SWIFT/online banking channels, researching and resolving wire investigations and discrepancies, reconciling GL accounts tied to wires, and ensuring full compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Dodd-Frank remittance rules.
