B2B, high-ticket, owner-level — you’ve talked to busy people who didn’t want to talk to you and gotten them to say yes You’re comfortable leading with a big number and handling “sounds too good to be true”You can make 80–150 dials a day on your own schedule and your own dialer Self-managed. I’ll give you the script, the pitch, and the leads — I’m not going to babysit Bonus if you’ve sold to contractors, home services, or small business owners Montlake Licensing helps business owners get paid for data they already have. Service companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, MSPs, etc.) sit on years of operational records — job history, tickets, dispatch logs — and AI labs will pay six figures to license it.
