Extrusion Machine Operator - Temp-to-HireAurora, ILRotating 12-Hour Shifts8:00 AM - 8:00 PM OR 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Pay: $20.62/hour Base Pay + $1.00 Shift Differential = $21.62/hour Great opportunity for experienced manufacturing professionals! We're looking for dependable Extrusion Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Aurora. Candidates should have prior manufacturing and machine operator experience and be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Job Duties:- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns
- Follow safety and production guidelines
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Experience Required:- High School Diploma, Technical Trade School, or GED required
- Regularly operate a sit-down forklift or Pallet Jack
- Previous shipping and receiving experience - recent experience in domestic and international shipping
