Support Team MemberWhen a restaurant's POS has a question in the middle of a dinner rush, we pick up. Our Support team is the front line of the KwickPOS promise. We're always hiring people who are calm under pressure, technically curious, and genuinely want to help. Help restaurant merchants by phone, chat and email — from setup questions to live troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating cleanly when needed. Guide new merchants through onboarding so their first service goes smoothly. Turn recurring questions into better docs and a better product, working with our writers and engineers. Treat every restaurant like it's the only one that matters — because in that moment, it is.
