APPLY NOWA-1 Mr. Limo is looking for a highly organized and dependable Dispatch Manager to work closely with our Charter Manager. This position combines chauffeur scheduling, daily operations, and corporate sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule chauffeurs and assign trips based on availability, qualifications, and hours worked
- Review upcoming schedules and identify staffing shortages or conflicts
- Keep the sales team informed of chauffeur and vehicle availability
- Handle schedule changes, call-offs, delays, and other operational issues
- Assist with corporate accounts, reservations, quotes, and customer follow-upCommunicate clearly with chauffeurs, customers, sales staff, and management
- Maintain accurate notes and ensure important information is not overlooked
Qualifications: The right person must be:
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to remember and manage a large amount of information
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
- Able to anticipate problems and think ahead
- Calm and decisive when schedules change
- Professional with customers and corporate clients
- Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and phone systems
Dispatching, transportation, logistics, scheduling, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred. We will consider training the right person who has strong judgment, organizational ability, and work ethic.
Schedule
This position requires availability to work some Saturdays. Sundays are always off. When a Saturday is worked, the employee will receive a day off during the week.
